For your convenience we have a number of funeral package plans available. These package plans are for both cremations and ground burials and can simplify your decision making if they meet your needs. References to merchandise could include, but are not limited to: casket, outer burial container, or urn, miscellaneous items and sales tax. Prices for caskets suitable for visitation with viewing begin at $580. Outer burial container pricing starts at $595. Urn prices start at $90.

Full Service Funeral
Includes casket, sales tax, visitation, viewing, and service

Also includes local removal from place of death and transportation to local cemetery or crematory, and processing of all necessary paperwork.  The 2 hours of visitation must be on Monday through Friday (no holidays) between the hours of 9 AM to 4 PM.

Casket included is Cloth Covered Flat Top.  (To upgrade casket if staying with exact same package, add the full price of the new casket selected to $2,295.  No other charges or upgrades are allowed for this special pricing.)

Price does not include a vault or urn - these may be added.  This special does not include a procession or services other that at the funeral home, if these or any other services are desired, other package selections or full pricing off the  General Price List must be used.  Delivery of casket to cemetery or crematory is at a time determined by Kernan Funeral Service. 

Price does not include any miscellaneous merchandise such as prayer cards folders, register book, etc.

Direct Cremation

Direct Cremation, No Visitation or Viewing, No Services

Includes local removal from place of death, cremation container, sales tax, cremation permit and cremation fees.  Includes processing all necessary paperwork.  Cremated remains to be picked up by family from funeral home.

This is a direct disposition service and does not allow for visitation, viewing or services.  Selecting anything but the service and merchandise listed above voids this package and requires the selection of another package or items contained on Kernan Funeral Service's General Price List.

The package does not include the Clerk's charge for Certified Copies or any other charges not specifically mentioned above.
